UDCS Demolition are specialists in high reach demolition using the latest technologies and equipment to safely demolish working with clients throughout Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and the Midlands. We use the latest equipment and have successfully taken down several high reach structures in our work portfolio including Water tower demolition, Multi-story car parks, Farm structures, office blocks and hotels. Our in-house team conduct all necessary surveys of the building, assessing the building before providing you with a detailed plan of action of how the building will be demolished safely and in a controlled manner. UDCS Demolition use the latest high reach equipment which reduces the risk of our operators working at height and allows us to demolish at heights of up to 42 meters. We have experience with working with buildings of steel frame or reinforced concrete construction and can attach several different attachments including but not limited to; pulverisers, metal cutting shears, hydraulic breakers, grapples, grabs or re-handling buckets to these highly versatile pieces of equipment.
As part of our core services UDCS Demolition offer an extensive External and internal soft strip service with two full time teams dedicated to our soft strip works. We have extensive knowledge in strip out and refurbishment projects and have completed several high-profile projects throughout the UK including Commercial, Private, Public and industrial sector settings.
Our Strip out services include but not limited to – Environmentally contaminated material removal, Structural dismantling of walls, ceilings, floor coverings and partitions, Lift and lift shaft removal, waste recycling, Mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems and Flood damaged buildings (internal and external strip out). We Soft strip all our buildings that are set to be demolished separating them into timber, metal, plastics and mixed waste. This enables us to achieve our aim of recycling 95% of a demolition project making our projects as environmentally friendly as possible.
